Dear Ridgecrest:
I am Bill, and I have been coming just about every week for the last 17 years to visit and sing bible verses with V on Thursday nights, Thank you for taking such good care of him!!!! He is such a beautiful person! And, thank you for allowing me the privilege of being there, too!
I have been deeply touch by your nurse, Danielle, who works at night at V’s station. She is so alive, with such a positive attitude, and true love of her patients! She really cares for them, and treats them so beautifully! She shares the love and care that her patients really need, and is indicative of what an outstanding nurse should be! What a blessing she is! Please do all that you can to bless her back for all that she contributes to the lives of her patients. She is alive, smiles and says hello to all, and exhibits the energy and joy that is so necessary for all of us! Her friendliness is contagious!
She is an exceptional employee at Ridgecrest. I just wanted to let you know her incredible character, and how all are benefitting under her care!!!

Kitchen Supervisor,
One day last week, we were in the dining room before 1pm, but our plates were delivered to our rooms instead. I explained the situation to the young man that delivers the snacks. He volunteered to run back to our rooms, to get the trays. He went above and beyond for us. His friendliness and kindness made all the difference. He is a very nice young man, and he should be commended for his efforts.

To all the Staff at Ridgecrest Healthcare:
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for all you did for my sister, Sondra L. You did all you could possibly do to help her reach her greatest recovery level. She really liked Ridgecrest and all the staff.
Unfortunately, it was not to be. She suffered an additional stroke in addition to continuous brain seizures. She quickly deteriorated and passed away this morning around 4:00am Phoenix time.
I also want to thank you for keeping me updated on her progress and her subsequent hospitalization. When one is so far away from Phoenix as I am, it helped to have people who cared enough about her and me to take the time to keep me updated.

You were all so kind to Marie and we will always be grateful to you. You made her last months as good as they could be – encouraging her to make progress and making her comfortable when that was no longer possible. Nurses, therapists, and aides all went the extra mile for her. Our heartfelt thanks to all of you.
There really is no words to express how grateful we are for your loving care of Marie and family. You made a heart-breaking time easier to bear for all of us. We will never forget your compassion and love. You all are truly angels on earth!

Thank you very much for everything that you have done for my father. He was very apprehensive about being in a skilled nursing facility. Everyone’s smile, positive attitude and willingness to help has made his stay and recovery a memorable experience.
