Ridgecrest Healthcare hosted “Something Funny Happened on the Way to the Nursing Home” An interactive program exploring how to use humor and creativity in the work place with guest speaker, Scott Friedman, CSP.

Alex the Clydesdale Horse gave our residents and staff carriage rides. Everyone had a great time!

Over 100 employees and family members enjoyed games, crafts, egg coloring and refreshments. The Easter Egg hunt was hosted by Employee Council.

RidgeCrest hosted an Earth Day Celebration at the Desert Botanical Gardens. Earth Day is a day designed to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's environment and in the spirit of Earth Day, RidgeCrest expressed its appreciation to all of our professional partners.

We celebrated five years of success with our Clinical and Medical Directors; the many healthcare providers we work with including physicians, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, pharmacists, hospitals, case managers, insurance companies; our vendors and consultants.

For the past eleven years Ridgecrest has offered a safe, fun way for families to celebrate Halloween. Children trick or treat through the halls of the community enjoying refreshments, games, music and a "Haunted House".

Ridgecrest believes it is very important to support our local community and has successfully raised monies throughout the year to offer this event free to the public. Last year’s attendance was over 300!

Over 40 family members and residents enjoyed the entertainment of Mariachi Los Rayes of Arizona and Ballet Folklorico Esperanza, while dining on: Mexican Antojitos, Pork Tacos, Shredded Beef Enchiladas, Spanish Rice, Black Beans, and Banana Quesadillas.
