On May 1st, 2009, Lori Porter – founder of the National Association of Health Care Associates (NAHCA) – provided leadership training for the nursing staff at Ridgecrest Healthcare.

NAHCA’s mission is to elevate the professional standing and performance of Caregivers through recognition, advocacy, education and empowerment.
